in the cOMMUNITY
With more than 70,000 individual mineral owners leased
in the urban area, Dale is the leader in urban development. Safety,
security and quality of life are of the highest priority for Dale.
Because Dale specializes in working within heavily populated urban
areas, we place a strong emphasis on safety and sound abatement, using
next-generation, urban-friendly sound techniques and drilling equipment.
Dale
is committed to bringing value to the communities and take an active
role in improving the quality of life by sponsoring local programs,
funding improvement projects, and working with the residents to provide
information and education about how drilling will affect the area.
We provide training programs for local fire departments and develop
relationships with emergency personnel.
Working closely with local community
groups and neighborhood associations, we ensure that the concerns of
the people are heard. Dale is the first company to offer its communities
24-hour access to a community liaison.

Our Great Northside Friends
For over 18 months, The San Jose Mutual Society has
graciously allowed our Northside Division to use their facilities for
meetings. In return, Dale sponsored their anniversary celebration in
2006, donated new chairs and tables for the facility, and donated funds
for the historical renovations to the adjacent property.

Donation Benefits Riverside Community
Dale presented a check for $20,000 dollars to the United
Riverside Neighborhood Association in October of 2007. Dale has been
working with the neighborhood for over a year to secure hundreds of
mineral leases. The funds will be used to construct a new pavilion
and sidewalk in Louella Bales Baker Park.

White Settlement Animal Shelter Upgrade
Dale is very active in White Settlement and wanted to
support another organization who works many hours to benefit White
Settlement. The City’s Animal Shelter was in need of improvements
and Dale was able to step in and provide the shelter with all brand-new
electronic equipment to help increase the probability of adoption for
all the sweet, barking residents.

Annual Angel Tree
Every year, the employees at Dale adopt their own Angel
Tree. In 2007, we had the great opportunity of providing Christmas
for over 300 kids in Fort Worth.
